My Pet Bluesky

I found a parakeet at soak city. It's wings were clipped, and I caught the bird with my bare hands. Yes I was a young child that didn't realize that this was a live thing that would hurt me so it bite me with its beak. I was slightly pissed. My Mom saw that it was injured and would definately not be able to survive this enviorment, especially without the use of its wings. In the end, we took the bird home without a name for it. We came up with Blueberry, Bluesky, and Skyblue. As obvious as it sounds, the parakeet was a blue and white tint. It was a very interesting animal. So I was a terrible caretaker, so it was moreoverly my mom that took care of it. We got a cage and may other things that would help the birdy live. Though since my mom didn't like the bird indoors due to the fact that all of my family besides my dad is basically allergic to everything. The bird's life was well fed, but too traumatic. The parakeet was attacked while it was inside it's cage by an EAGLE of all things, two cats, and other various birds. Since I was in school all the the times these attackes took place I didn't know until after the bird died. My mom kept it from me since she thought that I would worry too much. In the end we never really settled on a name. But the bird was under our care for about 3-4 months and it's wings were almost healed enough to fly. I told my mom to bring it in for the winter, but apparently her had not. So the beginning of October, I was changing out the water for the bird, but the bird was fallen down. I touched it and it felt cold. It was always warm, but now its body couldn't keep up with the weather. I started to cry. (crybaby no?) I showed my mom, and when my dad came home we dealt with the remains.
